Community Housing Limited (CHL) is looking for a practical, reliable Maintenance Operative to join our State Operations Team in South Australia, based in Norwood to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a hands-on role focused on responsive property maintenance, helping keep our homes safe, well maintained and ready for our tenants. If you enjoy fixing things, working independently and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you've worked as a handyperson, maintenance assistant, painter, grounds maintenance worker, commercial cleaner with maintenance experience, or have recently completed an apprenticeship or relevant qualification and are looking to start your career in property maintenance, this could be the opportunity for you.

Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, property maintenance, painting, grounds maintenance, commercial cleaning or a similar practical role.
Appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including Police, Working with Children and NDIS checks. All pre-employment checks will be arranged during onboarding.
