You’ll work directly with the clinic owner to streamline operations, improve client experiences, increase bookings, and help take the business to the next level.

Advanced Rejuvenation is one of Sydney’s leading skin clinics, specialising in advanced skin rejuvenation, acne, anti-ageing and non-surgical skin tightening. We’re passionate about delivering outstanding client results and creating an exceptional experience from the first enquiry through to long-term client care.

Your Responsibilities
This is a diverse role that includes:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Providing exceptional customer service both in clinic and online
- Following up all new leads and enquiries
- Converting enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings
- Managing client communication via phone, email, SMS and social media
- Building and improving business systems and workflows
- Creating automations and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency
- Managing stock, supplier orders and inventory
- Improving internal processes and keeping the clinic organised
- Assisting with social media planning, content coordination and engagement
- Monitoring KPIs and helping identify opportunities to improve performance
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
- Working closely with the owner to implement new ideas and grow the business
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Is naturally organised and loves creating systems
- Thinks ahead and solves problems before they happen
- Is confident following up leads and enjoys sales conversations
- Has experience with CRM systems and business software
- Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and enjoys learning new technology
- Has experience with social media, content planning and digital marketing
- Is highly motivated and takes ownership of their work
- Can prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Wants a long-term role where they can genuinely make an impact
