About the Role
Join the Urgent Care Hub and help shape integrated care that keeps consumers well at home.
- Lead expert assessment, care coordination and clinical advice
- Build rapid assessment and hospital avoidance pathways
- Support teams through clinical leadership and education
- Strengthen partnerships across acute and community services
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and a commitment to integrated care.
- Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate
- Strong clinical assessment, and decision making skills
- Experience leading teams, change and consumer engagement
- Experience developing out of hospital care pathways
- Strong understanding of safety standards, legislation and nursing practice
