P&C Advisor – (Generalist, End‑to‑End Role)
Automotive | Fast‑Paced Retail Environment
We’re looking for a People and Culture Advisor to take full ownership of a dealership portfolio that is spread throughout Perth, from Wanneroo to Maddington to Melville, in a busy automotive retail sales environment. You’ll be the trusted partner for leaders, providing practical, clear support to keep a fast‑moving workforce running smoothly.
This is a non‑traditional HR role. You’ll balance commercial needs with people expertise, using sound judgement to influence outcomes that work for both the team and the business. You’ll manage your portfolio independently while staying connected to a wider P&C team for ideas and support.
