Coffee Boothers is a drive thru coffee shop located in Upper Coomera. We are a family owned and operated business. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, talented all rounder/barista.
The right candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent barista skills and a broad hospitality skill set. You must also be able to work in a team and show initiative. We provide extensive training as well as a fun and nurturing environment to work in.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Customer service - walk in and drive thru
- Barista
- Point of Sale / order taking
- Food preparation
- Smoothie and Acai preparation
- Maintaining regulated cleaning and health standards
- Multitasking
- Working a fast paced drive thru environment
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment.
- Barista skills- training is provided however you MUST have some experience
- Prior experience with industry POS systems.
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and mornings.
- Referenced work history
- Full understanding of Work Safe industry practice
- Self motivated
- Confident and well spoken
- Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene.
You will be part of a rotational, flexible roster ensuring all staff have access to time off when applicable. Further opportunities available for right candidate. More hours available for the right candidate.
