We're on the hunt for multi-talented front-of-house professionals to join the team at BOWERY Kitchen and Bar and AVALON Restaurant, Katoomba.
Work alongside skilled, motivated and professional staff across these two unique Blue Mountains venue.
We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants with experience in:
- Delivering high standard food and beverage service
- Providing advice on Food and Beverage above guest expectations
- Following correct sequence of service
- Ensuring the presentation of the restaurant is maintained to the highest standard
- Working cooperatively with fellow team members and contributing to team performance
- Must be available to work on weekends, School/Public holidays
Skills and experience:
- Current RSA is required for this role
- Passion for hospitality and F&B knowledge
- Fun & energetic team player
- Well groomed & presented
- Have relevant experience and professional attitude for skills development
Barista or bar experience is a definite bonus. Career development opportunities for the right candidates!
This is a casual role, mostly working evenings and weekends. You must be available to work during busy school holiday periods and special event days e.g. Mother's Day & Easter.
You must hold a current RSA certificate.
