Bar/Gaming Attendant - Marrickville Tavern

What you'll be doing
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
What we're looking for
Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates
Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
Experienced in tab and keno operations
Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)
Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
