About the role:
As a Whole Family Team Clinician, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting families across the Manning region, delivering trauma-informed, person-centred clinical interventions that make a meaningful difference where families are experiencing complex challenges involving child protection, mental health and alcohol and other drug concerns.
Working alongside a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team, you’ll build strong relationships with families and provide tailored interventions, often within their homes or local health facilities. With interventions extending up to 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to build trust, support meaningful change and help families achieve stronger, more sustainable outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Clin Psychology/clin psych in training, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental health, Djirruwang Program), Nutrition and Dietetics which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association general registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. For a CNS2: relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of a post-graduate qualification.
