Hands-on Surface Production Role Shaping Pits, Dumps & Stockpiles
Operate Komatsu Dozers at St Ives Gold Mine
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will play a key part in surface production, operating dozers to shape pits, dumps, and stockpiles while working safely and efficiently as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications:
Current manual driver’s licence. HR license is preferred
Demonstrated ability operating dozers in a surface mining environment
Experience on Komatsu track and wheel dozers preferred
About the Role:
Shape and maintain dumps, stockpiles, and working areas to design and production requirements
Operate equipment safely while maintaining high housekeeping standards
Complete pre-starts, inspections, and support preventative maintenance
