What you will be doing day to day:
- Lay and install pipes for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure to project specifications.
- Work on a variety of civil construction projects, including pipelaying, trenching, bulk earthworks, landfills, and roadworks.
- Operate and work alongside mobile plant and machinery to support pipelaying activities.
- Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure accurate pipe placement and alignment.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled construction workers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- White Card (Essential)
- You have experience working in Civil Construction, road construction, earth works, pipelaying etc, with appropriate tickets
- Ambitious and determined
- You like to use your expertise & innovation to deliver work that you are proud of
- You enjoy helping your team find the best solutions to deliver complex projects
- Reliable and punctual
- All candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screening
