Responsibilities:
* Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations.
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, etc.).
* Receive and store deliveries properly.
* Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste safely.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and floors.
* Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
* Ensure cleaning schedules are completed daily.
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
* Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
