Stonemason Labourer – Workshop
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Stonemason Labourer to join our workshop team. Experience in stone masonry, stone fabrication or construction is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Assisting stonemasons with cutting, polishing and installation of stone
- Loading, unloading and moving stone slabs and materials
- Preparing materials and maintaining a clean and organised workshop
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with measuring and preparing stone
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- General workshop and labouring duties
To be successful, you will:
- Be physically fit and comfortable handling heavy materials
- Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
- Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Previous workshop, construction or stonemasonry experience is an advantage
- Have your own transport and a valid driver’s licence, preferably
