We’re looking for a highly organised, hands-on operator to become the backbone of our AFLW Football Operations team. Reporting to the General Manager - AFLW, this role is critical in ensuring our players and coaches have everything they need to perform at their best—every training, every game, every time.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the engine room of our property and training operations, responsible for:

Managing all AFLW training and match day property, apparel, and equipment
- Preparing and delivering seamless training sessions (set-up, pack-down, drills, and support)
- Coordinating game day operations including logistics, on-field support, and half-time setups
- Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and facilities to elite standards
- Overseeing laundry, stock control, and inventory management
- Transporting equipment to training sessions and match venues
- Managing deliveries, storage, and supplier relationships
- Supporting coaches and high-performance staff with equipment and session needs
- Leading and coordinating property volunteers, including rosters and communication

What you’ll need

Physical capability to lift heavy items and assist with on-field training
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
- Full driver’s licence
- Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Australian working rights
