El Camino Cantina Surfers Paradise is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at one of the Gold Coast’s most vibrant hospitality venues.

The Role
As a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be hands-on in leading the team and delivering the El Camino experience every day.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team
- Creating an energetic, welcoming and memorable guest experience
- Running smooth, efficient services in a busy, high-volume environment
- Coaching, developing and supporting team members
- Maintaining high standards across service, presentation and venue operations
- Supporting rostering, labour management and day-to-day operational performance
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for hospitality leaders who enjoy being on the floor, connecting with guests and getting the best out of their team.
You’ll bring:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead from the floor
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy venue
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A focus on consistency, standards and continuous improvement
- The ability to coach, develop and motivate a diverse team
- A current RSA
