About the Role
Location: Brown Plains, QLD
Shifts: Ongoing, with a variety of hours available
Shift Types:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM – Active Night
About the Role
We are looking for workers who are confident and experienced in supporting a client with complex support needs, including situations where there may be a potential for escalation.
- The successful applicant should:
- Have experience supporting clients with complex needs
- Be confident managing challenging or escalating situations
- Remain calm and professional under pressure
- Be reliable and committed to regular shifts
- Have the required qualifications and checks
Requirements
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $37.28 – $105.00 per hour
