Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) provides health, aged care and community services across our campuses at Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford, Kyneton and Trentham.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare quality professional to join our Quality team in the role of Partner in Quality Systems and Consumer Experience for a six-month fixed-term appointment.
This opportunity has been established to support CHRH's quality, safety and consumer experience functions during a period of planned leave and while future quality service arrangements are being reviewed.

Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and experienced Healthcare Quality, Governance or Risk professionals are encouraged to apply.
About the Role - Working collaboratively with leaders and staff across the organisation, you will support CHRH's commitment to delivering care that is Personal, Safe, Connected and Right through:
- Supporting accreditation readiness and compliance activities across the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards and Rainbow Tick Standards.
- Supporting quality improvement and service improvement initiatives.
- Incident and clinical risk management.
- Consumer feedback and complaints management.
- Consumer engagement and partnership activities.
- Audit coordination and quality reporting.
- Policy and document management systems.
- Supporting staff capability and understanding of quality and safety systems.
This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across acute, aged care and community health services.
About You - You may be a:
- Registered Nurse
- Allied Health Professional
- Healthcare Quality, Governance or Risk Professional
You will bring:
- Relevant healthcare qualifications and current registration where applicable.
- Experience in quality improvement, clinical governance, accreditation, risk management or consumer experience within a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to analyse data and identify practical improvement opportunities.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to person-centred care.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and continuous improvement principles.
