In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering road maintenance, asset inspection, quality assurance, and contract surveillance across transport infrastructure.
This role will see you support works delivery through inspections, quality assurance activities and surveillance of contracts, while developing skills in project delivery, compliance, and team leadership in high risk environments.
You will be conducting quality inspections, problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives in a high traffic, safety critical and operational field environment.

About you
Your communication, problem solving, teamwork and safety-focused attributes formed across construction, infrastructure, road maintenance or field-based operational environments will see you excel in delivering quality outcomes, meeting safety and compliance requirements and overcoming operational challenges while working both independently and in teams to lead to successful project delivery, safe work practices and consistent service outcomes.
You’re recognized as skilled at conducting inspections, resolving issues and supporting team delivery, experienced in working in outdoor, labour-intensive and traffic-exposed environments, applying WHS frameworks and collaborating with stakeholders.
