We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin & Projects Coordinator to support in the daily life and key projects of our Secondary Division. This is a permanent part-time position (36 hours per week) starting in August.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role at the heart of school operations, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and making a visible impact on students and staff.
1. Student Projects & Events Coordination
Support and coordinate major student-focused initiatives including leadership programs, wellbeing projects, experiential education (camps, exchanges, retreats), assemblies, and community events.
Assist with special projects such as graduation, fundraising events, themed weeks, and feature programs.
Contribute to strengthening student voice, connection, and wellbeing across the Secondary Division.
2.Daily Operations & Student Administration
Coordinate daily and planned teacher class cover in consultation with the Dean of Students.
Support student administrative processes such as detentions, supervision coverage, and academic-adjacent scheduling.
Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
3. Executive & Team Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Principal/Head of Secondary and the Dean of Students.
Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for staff, students, and families.
Work collaboratively within the Administration and Secondary teams to foster a positive, respectful school culture.
