Employment type: 1 x Ongoing and 2x Temporary Appointment up to 12 months
Salary: $84,659 - $ 92,701 pa + Leave Loading + Superannuation
Flex time (rostered) – Monday to Friday
Rostered shifts are as follows:
08:00 – 16:00; 09:00 – 17:00; 10:00 – COB (18:30 latest)
Successful applicants can work out of office of choice, located on either the Francis Greenway Correctional Complex OR Long Bay Correctional Complex. Hybrid working may be available.
Your Role:
Sentence Management Operations officers perform a range of Correctional Administrative Services in support of the efficient and accurate application of decisions of various courts and tribunals.
What you’ll do:
Ensure all Custodial and Non-Custodial court orders are recorded accurately on the CSNSW database
Performing processing work associated with inmate transfers and advice from courts and tribunals
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Provide support and advice to Custodial and Community Corrections Staff
Qualifications Required:
Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
Experience Required:
Self-motivated, multitask skills and robust communication
Strong technical skills which will help plan and prioritise work to achieve positive outcomes for the team
Team player with the ability to work well under pressure whilst providing support and supervision to your team in a high-volume work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working in structured environments where compliance and accurate record keeping are essential
Knowledge of NSW Justice system and/or relevant qualifications are highly desirable
