Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery? Compass Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning and Accommodation Manager to oversee and enhance our accommodation and cleaning services at RAAF Base Richmond.
As the Cleaning and Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accommodation and cleaning services, ensuring high standards of service, safety and compliance. You'll lead a diverse team, manage budgets and supplies, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
- Oversee accommodation and cleaning services to ensure consistent operational excellence
- Establish and manage stock control systems, procurement and supply processes
- Develop and maintain staff rosters aligned with operational requirements
- Respond to Defence stakeholder enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency and effective resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within cleaning, accommodation or facilities services
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline (advantageous)
- Certification in cleaning management or a related field (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and accommodation
- Proven leadership capability with a focus on accountability, safety and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance, including a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check
