Concrete Crew Leader – Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced Concrete Crew Leader to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, can lead a crew by example, and enjoy working with a reliable team, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position with consistent, ongoing work, primarily based across the Mornington Peninsula.
About the Role
As our Concrete Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a small concrete crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Setting out jobs and managing daily site operations.
- Screeding and finishing concrete to a high standard.
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintaining quality workmanship and a positive team culture.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' concreting experience.
- Proven experience leading a crew.
- Highly skilled in screeding and finishing concrete.
- Experience in all aspects of paving and concrete placement.
- Current driver's licence.
- Own reliable transport.
- ABN required.
Desirable
- Excavator licence.
- Experience operating machinery.
- HR licence (advantageous but not essential).
