Key Responsibilities (AIN – Medication Trained Nurse)
- Administer medications safely within scope of practice.
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
- Assist residents with daily living: mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Current Medication Competency Record (mandatory).
- Minimum 12 months experience.
- Certificate IV in Individual Support or relevant qualification.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Current National Criminal Record Check.
- Full and up-to-date immunisation history.
