Female Disability Support Workers – Launceston
Innovative Care Tasmania Pty Ltd (ICT) is seeking experienced female Disability Support Workers to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania.
We are particularly looking for applicants who have experience supporting participants with complex bowel care and high-level support needs.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience providing complex bowel care
- Medication Administration/Medication Endorsement or relevant medication competency
- Strong manual handling skills
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field
- Current National Police Check
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module and certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
- Current COVID-19 vaccination details, where applicable
- Valid visa/work rights details, where applicable

We are seeking reliable, compassionate and professional support workers who are confident working with participants who have complex support needs and can provide safe, person-centred care.
Experience in complex bowel care is highly desirable.
