Teaching & Learning Administrator - Reedy Creek Campus
This is a Full Time (Term Time) Permanent position for a Term 4, 2026 start at our Reedy Creek Campus.
The role:

Promoting and embodying the College's Foundational Values

Supporting the Teaching & Learning Management Team
-
Supporting the work of Heads of Department and Assistant Heads of Department

Adhering to QCAA's policies and procedures
Responsibilities include:
-
Providing a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary.

Carrying out projects for the Teaching and Learning Team.
-
Providing a comprehensive high level administrative support for QCAA senior assessment processes for Years 10, 11 and 12 such as Endorsement, Confirmation and Student Management.

Providing a comprehensive high level of administrative support for NAPLAN, WST, AARA and Distant Education Exams.

Provide administration assistance to the Academic Performance Advisor.

Booking all high school staff PDs including events, flights and accommodation.

Liaising with HODs in the ordering of all subject stationery and resources.
- Comprehensive professional email management.

Preparing forms, spreadsheets and documents.

Work cohesively as a team to ensure the smooth running of the High School
Position requirements:

A Certificate in Business Administration would be advantageous
-
Previous experience with QCAA will be highly regarded

King’s is an expanding, multi-Campus school that places paramount importance on the development of the whole child, with a particular focus on providing every student the opportunity to develop Christian Leadership skills that will prepare them for their future. Our College currently consists of 3 dynamic campuses, with several more campuses in the planning stages, serving the communities in which they are located.
The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2600 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.
Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
