What You'll Be Doing Lead all day to day venue operations and create an exceptional customer experience
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
Build a positive, energetic culture where people love coming to work
Drive sales, labour, and cost performance while delivering outstanding results
Maintain exceptional food safety, quality, and operational standards
Work closely with your leadership team to grow the business and achieve key performance goals
What We're Looking For Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR

The Exciting Part
This isn't just another Venue Leader role. You'll be leading the launch of Yo-Chi's very first Northern Territory venue, building your team from the ground up and introducing the Yo-Chi experience to a brand-new community.
To set you up for success ahead of the Casuarina Square opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Adelaide, South Australia prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
