Law Firm Partner
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Law Firm Partner to join our practice. The successful candidate will lead client work, strengthen key relationships, contribute to firm strategy, and help drive growth across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex legal matters in your practice area.
- Build, retain, and grow client relationships.
- Develop new business and contribute to revenue generation.
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.
- Contribute to operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
- Uphold high standards of legal service, ethics, and professionalism.
- Support the firm’s reputation and market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor, or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong record in a relevant practice area.
- Demonstrated business development and client management skills.
- Leadership, mentoring, and people-management ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred attributes
- Existing book of business or strong client network.
- Experience in firm management or practice leadership.
- Commercial judgment and financial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and represent the firm externally.
Pay: $600.00 – $1,000.00 per year
