As the practice enters an exciting new phase with a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Studio Manager to help lead and support our talented team. This pivotal role is central to the smooth and efficient running of the practice, overseeing the administration, financial, and operational functions of the business. The Studio Manager plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the systems and processes that underpin our day-to-day success.
About the role
Practice Coordination & Administration:
- First point of contact for all enquiries, responding with professionalism and efficiency.

Manage client and consultant communications in line with agreed requirements.

Respond to RFI's and prepare fee proposal documents for new project requests.

Support Directors and Associates with research and general administrative tasks.

Provide general assistance and support to Directors and Associates.

Coordinate travel arrangements for Directors and team members.

Maintain samples library.

Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings, workshops, client meetings, and research events.

Oversee relationships with service providers (e.g. cleaners, security, air conditioning, photocopier).
Finance:
- Preparation of invoices (monthly).

Manage debtors (weekly).

Accounts payable/receivable (weekly).
Project Management:
- Manage team resources each month and provide forecast to Directors.

Provide ad hoc project management support.

Brief internal and external resources to complete design works.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar practice management or office management role a must.

Strong Office 365 skills.

Indesign experience an advantage (training provided).
