The Role
You’ll be a key part of our crew across a range of residential projects throughout Melbourne. Looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who’s ready to put their skills to work.
- Construction of garden beds, retaining walls, edging and feature elements
- Installation of turf, plants, and irrigation systems
- Paving, decking, and hardscape construction
- Soil preparation and planting
- Pruning, maintenance, and garden care on established residential properties
- Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely
- Working collaboratively with the team on-site to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised worksite
What We’re Looking For
- Solid practical landscaping experience — you know your way around a worksite
- Plant knowledge and an eye for quality outdoor spaces
- Ability to work independently and take direction when needed
- Reliable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about the trade
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- White Card and own transport (essential)
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction — highly regarded but not essential
