You have a strong background in TikTok channel management and always-on content delivery, understanding what makes content perform on TikTok and how to build genuine engagement rather than simply publish content. You are highly attuned to emerging cultural moments, creator ecosystems and community behaviour, with the judgement to know which opportunities are worth acting on.
You are the day-to-day lead across the partnership, bringing together client stakeholders, creators, production partners and internal teams to keep work moving seamlessly. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, they coordinate briefs, approvals, production schedules and publishing calendars without losing momentum.
While not expected to act as a content creator, you are equal parts analytical and creative, translating performance data, platform signals and community feedback into clear recommendations that continuously improve the channel. You understand how to balance planned content with reactive opportunities, ensuring the content strategy evolves alongside audience behaviour. You are proactive, commercially minded, solutions-focused, and always looking for smarter ways to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the agency.

Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of our client’s TikTok channel, ensuring activity aligns with wider strategic playbook and business objectives.
Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships across the client team.
Lead content planning, publishing and channel operations across always-on activity.
Manage production workflows from briefing through to delivery and publishing.
Coordinate creator, athlete and partner collaborations.
Oversee and actively deliver community management across channels, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen conversation and participation, while responding to and engaging with community activity in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor cultural moments and platform trends, recommending timely reactive content opportunities.
Analyse channel and content performance, turning insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
Work closely with creatives to ensure content is platform-native, culturally relevant and aligned with business objectives.
Manage the development and execution of always on content, campaigns, content plans, scheduling/posting and channel growth initiatives.
Lead reporting and performance reviews, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve TikTok performance, audience engagement, and return on investment.
Drive innovation by proactively introducing new platform features, content formats, creator opportunities, and emerging trends.
Work closely with the creative team to deliver strategic and culturally attune content.
Manage stakeholders inputs, priorities and resource allocation across accounts.
Oversee project management processes, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Relevant Experience
5+ years' experience in social media marketing, including agency experience
Experience working within the sport category is mandatory
Proven experience managing multiple client TikTok accounts and leading social media strategies across a range of brands
Demonstrated success managing senior client stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
Experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members
Strong experience presenting strategy, performance reports, and recommendations to clients
Experience working across organic and paid social media channels
Experience using social analytics, listening, and reporting tools such as Dash Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Iconosquare, or similar
