About the Role:
Are you a passionate Massage Therapist looking to step into education? We are a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Massage Trainer to join our dynamic team.
This is a hands-on, practical role where you will be responsible for delivering the Massage course curriculum to domestic and international students. You will guide the next generation of therapists, training them in both relaxation and remedial techniques while ensuring they meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Delivery - deliver engaging, practical training sessions in line with the current Massage Therapy curriculum (Relaxation and Remedial).
- Assessment - mark student assessments, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all marking is kept up to date and compliant with RTO standards.
- Student support - mentor and guide students to ensure they develop the clinical and professional skills required for the workforce.
- Compliance - maintain accurate student records and adhere to CRICOS/RTO regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves):
To be considered for this role, you must hold the following qualifications:
1. TAE40116 or TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
2. Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and/or Diploma in Remedial Massage (or higher).
Highly Regarded (Desirable):
- Previous experience teaching or assessing within an CRICOS/RTO environment.
- Proven clinical practice experience as a massage therapist.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse classroom.
