We are seeking dedicated and experienced Allied Health Professionals to join our team, providing clinical support to NDIS participants and aged care clients across:
- Podiatry
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
This is a flexible role suited to practitioners who are open to working across multiple locations and client groups to build a consistent caseload.
We are looking for professionals who understand that meaningful support goes beyond a single appointment — it is about building function, independence, confidence, and long-term capacity for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised, goal-based treatment/therapy plans
- Deliver clinical interventions relevant to your discipline — for example:
- Podiatry: foot and lower limb care, footwear-related falls risk assessment, wound management
- Physiotherapy: mobility restoration, falls prevention, pain management, rehabilitation
- Occupational Therapy: home safety assessments/modifications, daily living skills, assistive equipment recommendations
- Speech Pathology: communication support, swallowing (dysphagia) assessment and management
- Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or onward referrals
- Support participants to work toward their NDIS plan goals or aged care support needs
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and case notes
- Work collaboratively with support workers, coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
- Follow behaviour support plans where applicable
- Promote participant choice and control at all times

Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology
- Current AHPRA registration (Podiatry / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy), or current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (Speech Pathology)
- Experience working with people with disability and/or older people highly preferred
- Understanding of the NDIS and/or Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) service models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with people with disability or older Australians

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car (for travel between locations)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance

- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Government-issued ID for verification purposes
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- A positive, patient, and caring attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $66,260.58 – $80,000.00 per year
