We’re looking for a Financial Controller & Operations Lead—not just a number-cruncher, but a reliable, detail-obsessed professional ready to take full ownership of finance, reporting, and client operations across multiple entities.

What You’ll Own
Finance & Control
- Full-cycle accounting and reporting across multiple entities (Xero/MYOB)
- Cashflow monitoring, budgeting, and KPI tracking to drive smarter decisions
- Liaison with accountants, lenders, and advisors on high-stakes business matters
- Monthly financial dashboards and summaries for leadership
- Precise management of payroll, BAS, and all compliance documentation
Operations & Systems
- Design and implement efficient systems for contracts, invoicing, and project tracking
- Maintain audit-ready, impeccably organised financial and operational records
- Build structured documentation for active property and education ventures
- Identify bottlenecks and roll out process improvements—quietly, effectively, and permanently
Client & Project Coordination
- Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and reporting for clients and partners
- Communicate with families, suppliers, and professional contacts with empathy and clarity
- Represent the group with trust, professionalism, and care at every touchpoint
Growth Support
- Play a key role in managing deliverables during new acquisitions and expansions
- Coordinate seamless information flow between finance, operations, and leadership
- Prepare clear reports, presentations, and summaries for partners and lenders
Who You Are
- 5+ years in finance, accounting, or operations—ideally across multiple business streams
- Highly organised, deeply dependable, and uncompromising on confidentiality
- A calm, clear communicator who thrives on structure, follow-through, and getting it right
- Looking for a long-term partnership, not just another contract
- Humble yet ambitious—more focused on contribution and mastery than titles
