FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – BATHURST, NSW
Carefinity is looking for dedicated Female Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support clients in Bathurst, NSW.
About the Role
Location: Bathurst, NSW
Shifts Available: Ongoing, with varying days and hours
Shift Times:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sleepover shifts
⏰ Hours: Vary depending on the roster and participant needs.
Duties Include
- Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses
- Manual handling and mobility support
- Medication assistance and administration
- Concierge shifts, acting as the main point of contact for participants within a building
- 1:1 community access and client outings
- Personal care and daily living support
- Domestic assistance and light household duties
- Providing care in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner
Requirements
✅ Female applicants only
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualification in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience with manual handling
✅ Experience with medication administration
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $37.18 – $105.00 per hour
