Waitstaff + Head Waiter + Restaurant Manager/Supervisor for 300 Seat Waterfront Restaurant
Due to our expansion and growth in the business we are seeking to expand our team with experienced hospitality professionals. We are seeking experienced Restaurant Waitstaff, a Head Waiter, a Restaurant Manager and a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
WAITSTAFF & HEAD WAITER ROLES:
- Relevant qualification or work experience in a similar position required.
- Ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day
- Must be able to carry 3 plates.
- Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Fluent English and well groomed
- RSA Certificate essential.
- Experience on computerised POS systems.
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
RESTAURANT MANAGER ROLES:
- At least a relevant Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day
- Proven ability to oversee busy breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts while running the front of house of the restaurant.
- Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Fluent English and well groomed
- RSA Certificate essential.
- Experience on computerised POS systems.
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
- Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
