Job Description
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients with a friendly and professional approach

Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment book

Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries

Processing payments and health fund claims

Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming
Qualifications
You'll be someone who:

Has previous reception or customer service experience (dental or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)

Enjoys building positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Has excellent communication and organisational skills

Is confident using computer systems and learning new software

Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
