We are seeking an experienced
Learning & Development Manager to join our
Ryde Support Office in a
full-time, office-based role.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's Learning & Development function, ensuring our employees have the skills, knowledge and support to thrive throughout their careers.
Working closely with senior leaders, Centre Directors and key stakeholders, you will design, implement and continuously improve learning initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, support career development and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate, develop and implement company induction programs for employees at all levels, including senior leadership
- Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning and development programs across the organisation
- Develop leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Create training resources, manuals, presentations and e-learning content
- Identify organisational training needs and capability gaps in partnership with leaders
- Support new centre openings by delivering onboarding and operational training
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and education partners
- Maintain Learning Management Systems and training records
- Ensure all learning initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Corporate Training role
- Proven experience designing, facilitating and evaluating learning programs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Experience creating engaging learning content across multiple delivery methods
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience within education, early childhood, vocational education or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded
