About the Role
As the Business Support Officer, (Targeted) you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the team. From coordinating meetings and managing records to supporting travel, HR, and finance processes, your work will keep everything running like clockwork. You’ll also have the opportunity to support projects and contribute to broader team goals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Clear internal communications: Helps to share important information across the team using emails, briefs, and meetings, ensuring everyone stays informed and engaged.

Support for meetings and projects: Assists with organising internal meetings and supports team projects, helping to coordinate tasks and provide administrative assistance for smooth operations.

Guidance in everyday communications: Offers practical advice on how to communicate updates or changes within the team, supporting leaders and colleagues as needed.

Records Management: knowledge of Objective software desirable

Building positive relationships: Supports good working relationships within the team and with external partners, helping to share information and encourage teamwork.

Salary: Classification Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($99,938 - $110,27 plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
