Details: The Assistant Director, Governance and Strategic Operations plays a key leadership role in supporting and strengthening division-wide governance, audit readiness, and organisational resilience under the broad direction of the Chief Information Officer. The position coordinates audit activities, contributes to the effective implementation of Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, and ensures the integrity of division-wide planning, reporting, and compliance processes. Working collaboratively across teams, the position strengthens communication and information flows, managed new or revised processes arising from structural shifts, and maintains accurate records to support transparency and accountability. The Assistant Director also provides advice to the Executive and contributes to strategies that enable smooth organisational transitions and continuous improvement across the division.
