Based out of our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE), our System Safety team provides professional analytical support to our projects to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. We conduct challenging and enjoyable work on leading military platforms including BOXER and our HX Logistics products.
About the Role
The Senior System Safety Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of system safety programs on projects including the generation, development and maintenance of Deliverable system safety documentation (i.e. System safety Program Plan, Safety Case Reports, Hazard Logs etc). The successful candidate will utilise their experience to assist the Systems Safety Principal in Process Improvement within the function, contributing to the continuous improvement of the function within RDA. Although this is not a functional management position, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to the training and mentoring of junior staff within the System Safety function.
