Our company is an Australian manufacturer of premium cleaning and coating products. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production & Assembly Team Member to assist with the manufacturing, assembly, packaging and preparation of our products.

This is a casual position with flexible hours between 8:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, based at our warehouse in Frankston.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling products and packaging components
- Capping and labelling bottles
- Assembling trigger sprayers and accessory kits
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Assisting with production runs and quality control checks
- Maintaining accurate production and inventory records
- Keeping the production and warehouse areas clean, organised and safe
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Enjoys repetitive production tasks while maintaining high standards
- Can work independently as well as within a small team
- Is physically fit and able to lift up to 13kg
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse work is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
