ProFlo is one of WA's leading exterior maintenance specialists. We've just won a major metro schools contract and we're hiring reliable technicians to help deliver it.
We clean gutters with advanced vacuum systems — no dragging ladders and buckets, no hand-scooping in the heat. Safer, cleaner, more efficient, with proper gear behind you.
The deal
- $35–$40 per hour, based on experience
- Permanent, full-time, all year round — no seasonal gaps
- Fully equipped company work vehicle provided — you're not putting km or fuel on your own car
- All equipment and uniform supplied
- Daytime, weekday hours — no nights, minimal weekends
- Full training and certification support
- Genuine progression into leading hand and team leader roles
The work
- Vacuum gutter cleaning across Perth school sites during school hours
- Working safely at heights, around students and staff
- Reporting roof and drainage issues early
- Starting and finishing each day at our Naval Base depot
You'll need
- To be reliable, fit and to take pride in your work
- Confidence working at heights
- A current WA driver's licence (automatic is fine)
- A WA Working with Children Check + National Police Clearance, or willingness to get them before starting (we'll help)
Roofing/heights experience, White Card or Working at Heights ticket are a bonus — but we'll train the right person.
