While full training will be provided on the company's specialised machinery and processes, we are specifically looking for candidates who bring previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience and can confidently step into a fast-paced production environment.

This role operates on a weekly rotating roster:
Week 1 – Day Shift
Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
Week 2 – Afternoon Shift
Monday to Friday | 2:15pm – 10:45pm
Shifts rotate weekly between Day and Afternoon shift.

- Operating manufacturing and production machinery
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring efficient output
- Following detailed production specifications and work instructions
- Recording production data accurately and maintaining documentation
- Assembling water filtration products and associated components
- Conducting quality inspections and identifying defects
- Performing manual handling and repetitive production tasks
- Assisting across multiple production areas as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Following all site safety procedures and safe operating practices
- Contributing to a safety-first culture and maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Meeting daily production, quality, and safety targets
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or factory experience
- Experience operating machinery within a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- The ability to remain focused during repetitive and time-sensitive tasks
- A strong safety mindset and commitment to workplace safety
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
- A reliable and dependable attendance record
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transport due to limited public transport access
Candidates with a strong manufacturing background and machine operation experience will be highly regarded.
This role involves a combination of machine operation, production work, and manual handling activities.
Successful candidates must be comfortable with:
- Repetitive production processes
- Standing for extended periods
- Occasional heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Maintaining concentration during detailed and time-consuming tasks
- Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
While prior manufacturing and machine operation experience is essential, comprehensive training will be provided on all site-specific machinery, products, and processes.
We are looking for candidates with the right manufacturing foundation who can hit the ground running while learning the unique equipment and systems used on site.
