Elouera Home Support is seeking compassionate, reliable and dependable Home Care Support Workers to join our growing North Coast team. We provide high-quality in-home aged care, disability and community support services that enable people to live safely and independently within their own homes and communities.
We're looking for people who understand that home care is about more than completing tasks—it's about building trust, being dependable, and making a meaningful difference every time you visit a client.
About the Role
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to clients in their homes and within the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance with daily living
- Domestic assistance, including light cleaning and laundry
- Social support and companionship
- Community access, shopping and transport to appointments
- Welfare checks and wellbeing monitoring
- Respite support for families and carers
- Following individual care plans
- Completing shift notes and documentation using our mobile app

- Is caring, compassionate and respectful
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to your rostered shifts
- Communicates professionally with clients, families and the office team
- Can work independently while following care plans
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Is flexible and willing to travel throughout our North Coast service area
- Is responsive to calls and messages regarding client services
- Understands that continuity of care and building client relationships are essential
This role is best suited to people looking to build ongoing hours and establish long-term relationships with clients rather than occasional work.
Availability
This is a casual position with flexible hours.
We are particularly interested in applicants who:
- Have weekday availability
- Can work morning, afternoon and/or evening shifts
- Have some weekend availability
- Are willing to travel within approximately 30–40 minutes between client locations
- Are flexible as client needs continue to grow across the region
Reliable and flexible team members are often offered regular ongoing client services as our North Coast operations continue to expand.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you will have:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or similar (or be willing to obtain)
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone and confidence using mobile applications
- Current Australian working rights
