We are seeking passionate and experienced retail superstars across our Canberra stores. Whether you’re an experienced retail leader, a behind-the-scenes stock expert, or a sales assistant ready to take the next step - we want to hear from you!
The role & responsibilities:
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
- Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
- Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
- Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
- Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
- Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
