What we're looking for:
✔ Current WA Electrical Licence
✔ Current Solar Accreditation / Solar Installation Licence
✔ Solar installation and maintenance experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ Pride in your workmanship
We're not looking for "passengers" or people just chasing FIFO. We want practical sparkies who enjoy solar work, take pride in their trade, and want a long-term home with a decent crew.
