About the Role
As a Senior Development Coach, you’ll help older kids develop resilience, athletic ability, and self-belief in a fun, structured environment. You’ll bring enthusiasm, focus, and motivation to every class, helping kids challenge themselves while celebrating their progress.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver structured, high-energy classes that develop coordination, strength, and confidence
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and personal growth
- Support consistent delivery of the MyFirstGym program
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environment
- Follow the MyFirstGym program while bringing your own energy and creativity.
- Create magical moments that leave kids smiling, learning, and eager to return.
- Support members of all ages and abilities with encouragement and care.
- Assist with class setup, transitions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Build positive connections with children and families.
- Support club events, birthday parties, and community activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping kids grow through movement.
- Great communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- The ability to follow structured programs and adapt to different class needs.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to creating a safe, fun environment.
- A valid Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
