Raza Central has been operating successfully for over 15 years and is looking to add a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to our food truck team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated team member to assist with food preparation, kitchen operations, cleaning, and general support at various event and work locations across the Western Sydney region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Help with stock handling and setup/pack-down
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Follow food safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Sydney, as work locations vary
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings when required
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.26 – $25.00 per hour
