Kentaro Omakase is a Japanese fine dining restaurant located in Melbourne CBD. We are looking for friendly, reliable and motivated Floor Staff to join our team.
About the Role
Mainly lunch shifts, with some dinner shifts
Fast-paced restaurant environment
Providing attentive and professional service to our guests
Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and assisting with general floor operations
Working closely with the kitchen and service team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Good understanding and interest in Japanese food and dining culture
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Positive attitude and a strong team player
Fine dining or omakase experience is a plus
