Supps247 is a growing Australian retailer specialising in sports nutrition, vitamins, supplements, bodybuilding, fitness and general health products.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting suitable supplements and nutrition products
- Process sales and operate the POS system
- Maintain and restock shelves
- Keep the store clean, organised and presentable
- Receive and organise stock deliveries
- Maintain accurate product pricing and displays
- Help achieve store sales targets
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Assist with basic social media content when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in gym, fitness, bodybuilding, nutrition or supplements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
