We are an established and rapidly growing accounting advisory firm in North West Sydney and are expanding our team.
We are hiring additional accounting professionals immediately due to strong demand across compliance, advisory and accounting.
This is not a traditional accounting role. We are building a high performance team focused on commercial impact, client growth and long term leadership development, supported by strong accounting, fiscal compliance and technical capability.
The Role
You will work across:
- Financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Tax planning and fiscal management
- Business advisory and structuring
- Cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
- Performance analysis and commercial strategy
- Client engagement and relationship management
This position requires both technical strength and commercial awareness. You will be someone who has phenomenal communication skills and great attitude.
Requirements
- CPA/CA qualified
- 3 to 4 years experience in public practice
- Strong technical accounting and tax capability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Confident communicator with client facing experience
- Driven, ambitious and performance oriented
- Professional presence with the ability to build trust
- Ability to successfully pass a Federal and or International Police Check as a condition of employment
